We can help you do it. Do It In 12 is a brand new program from the personal training team at Motive8 North that guarantees you’ll meet your personal goals with a bespoke program that is individual to you.

Some personal training programs can make you feel like a square peg for a round hole. Do It In 12 prides itself on being a different experience for each participant, individually tailored to your exact fitness needs.

How The Do It In 12 Program Works

Everyone has their own body, their own goals.

You may want strip down to a leaner and more toned version of yourself. You may want to bulk up, or maybe just to lose that little extra lose weight you’ve been struggling with. Whatever you’re looking to achieve, we will get you there in twelve weeks with Do It In 12.

You’ll start off with a kick off meeting with Chris Baird, Motive8 North’s Master Trainer. The pair of you will go through what goals you’re looking to complete, then get to work on a personalised training schedule designed to achieve them. You will commit to personalised lifestyle changes which are designed with your goals in mind.

After your consultation you will be paired up with one of motive8’s experienced trainers and your training sessions will begin. You will perform two training sessions per week with your trainer, in addition to another 1-2 bespoke workouts of your own per week.

Cleaner eating, better results

A big part of training is food, nutrition and lifestyle. We’ll work together on a realistic nutritional and diet plan and have monthly consultations to make sure it’s working for you. We will also give you weekly feedback on your food diaries. We’re looking to create healthier lifestyles, not deliver a quick fix that won’t last. Do It In 12 is designed so that it continues to deliver results long after the twelve weeks have passed.

We will also analyse your sleep patterns so that we are addressing all areas of your lifestyle to optimise your results.
