Fish Recipe Personal Training

This Fish and Spiced Lentils dish makes a great evening meal or healthy lunch. The fish is a great source of protein and the lentils are a great source of slow release energy. Due to the high protein content this is a great post workout meal.

The curry powder gives the dish a nice kick, but you can add other spices yourself if you wish.
