Fat Burning Body Weight Workout

As Easter approaches, many of you may have time off with your family and be panicking about not being able to fit in a workout. Here is a fat burning body weight you can do any time, any place, any where! Get your friends, family and kids to join in too!

Remember to start with a thorough warm up to gradually increase the heart rate and breathing rate.

Perform the exercises as a circuit of 4 exercises, each round you perform the exercises for less time – aim to perform as many reps as possible in each round.

CIRCUIT 1 – 1st round = 60 seconds, 2nd round = 45 seconds, 3rd round = 30 seconds.

1a. Burpees

1b. Squats

1c. Gecko Press Ups

1d. Single Lunges

CIRCUIT 2 – 1st round = 60 seconds, 2nd round = 45 seconds, 3rd round = 30 seconds.

2a. Squat Jumps

2b. Hot Hands

2c. Wide Squats

2d. Plank

CIRCUIT 3 – 1st round = 60 seconds, 2nd round = 45 seconds, 3rd round = 30 seconds.

3a. 1 x Burpee/2 x Star Jumps

3b. Walking Lunges

3c. Close Grip Press Ups

3d. Glute Bridges
