So for many people music is a massive part of their day and for me this is very true. A lot of people have a particular genre that they love however I must say I love everything except really heavy screamy music even though I have been partial to the odd mosh pits in my festival loving days!

Here is my play list of  my top 10 workout tracks, I trained to this  on Tuesday during my workout at the motive8  Saxton Personal Training Studio.

I really love acoustic music and can happily train to this but I know for many they need something a big more upbeat, so hopefully this playlist will keep that workout tempo nice and high!

When I was at school I really got into country music and I have definitely got back into that over the past few months the lyrics to ‘Lips Taste Like Sangria’ are hilarious and the video is amusing if not a little disturbing so if you fancy a giggle take a look!
