  1. The valuable piece of advice we can give… make a plan and stick to it, you can’t ‘wing’ your training, it must be structured and progressive.
  2. Set goals! I actually don’t like realistic goals. If you think they might be a chance you will achieve it then raise the bar and challenge yourself!
  3. Train smart not long, make each session count. Work at a high intensity for shorter periods of time, use intervals and supersets to really strip fat.
  4. Train with a friend, you can use each other to motivate and drive yourself forward!
  5. Have rest days, we don’t even train every day. When you train all you do is break the body, use those rest days to get leaner, bigger and fitter. You need rest to allow the body to adapt to your training and see those well deserved results.
