Today I’m going to provide some workout inspiration, offering you some workouts that you can try to work on all the large muscle groups in your body, test your core strength, and push your lungs to the limit! There’s a few different versions depending on your experience or just what level of challenge you’re looking for. So let’s dive into our full-body blast and have a look at the workout we’re doing!

Beginner

DB Shoulder Press – 10, Bodyweight Squats – 10, Lat Pulldown – 10

Leg raises – 10, Sit ups – 10, Plank – 30s

Rower – 5 X 60s on/30s off

Rest for 2-3 mins and then repeat for a total of 3 rounds

Intermediate

DB Shoulder Press – 10, DB Goblet Squat – 10, Lat Pulldown – 10

Leg Raises – 15, Sit ups – 15, Plank – 45s

Rower – 10 X 60s on/30s off

Rest for 2-3 mins and then repeat for a total of 3 rounds

Advanced

BB Military Press – 10, BB Front Squat – 10, Pull ups – 10

Leg raises – 20, Sit ups – 20, Plank – 60s

Rower – 10 X 60s on/30s off – 5 X 10s on/30s off

Rest for 3-4 mins and then repeat for a total of 3 rounds

Summary

These 3 circuits will hit all the major muscle groups of your upper and lower body, test your core muscles and get your heart rate up. If you don’t have much time in the week for multiple sessions, this is a great workout to really hit all the key areas, getting some muscular hypertrophy work, core stability and cardio for your health.
