For many of us modern life is about everything being easy access on our laptops, tablets or phones and I must say for me this is often the same however one thing I have and I believe will always have are recipe books. I don’t know what it is about having a physical recipe book but I find it much easier to look through a book and find inspiration than scrolling the internet.
I have a number of recipe book I often find the best deals are in discount book shops last month I got 3 new books for less than eight pound and they were Slow Cooker Recipes, Lunches on The Go, and Fast and Easy Evening Meals. Although most of the recipes are healthy, the ones which aren’t so healthy can be easily adapted and sometimes a mixture of recipes can make a yummy meal.
Having cook books handy helps to give you a helping hand when trying to make tasty, healthy meals and offer you variety so you are not stuck eating the same meals on rotation, this can lead to boredom and the possibility of ruining your good eating.
Even if you don’t have access to cook books get online and search for inspiration and make you food enjoyable and healthy.
Here are some recommended websites for you to find some recipes and inspire some creativity in the kitchen!
