We are running weekly group coaching sessions for women who want to know how to weight train properly, reach their fitness goals, and boost their overall confidence in the gym.

I love the friendly atmosphere in the classes, that is what sets motive8 apart in my opinion. It makes me look forward to my Monday evening class even more, I know I’ll get a good workout with the added bonus of a good laugh with some great like minded people.
