We would like to introduce you to the new boys in town! Meet our new personal trainers Josh Davies and Colton Roche!! These guys are a great addition to the team and we’re excited to see what their experience brings to their clients. It’s only right then that we get to know them a little better!

What Was The Attraction of Becoming a Personal Trainer?

Josh: I was always a “big lad”, but in my early twenties I got fat. I managed to turn it around and lost a pretty significant amount of weight (about 30kg). At that point I decided I wanted to help people by sharing my knowledge and experience.

Colton: I believe that fitness can have more positive effects on clients than any other industry. Fitness is the ultimate bridge between having fun and achieving major results. Working with those dedicated to improve their health and fitness is priceless.

Do You Train?

Josh: Damn right! My lifting is generally geared towards getting stronger and staying healthy. I’ve also recently taken up road cycling

Colton: Yes! I’m a professional rugby league player, so I’m usually in worst pain than my clients! It is a tough sport that I have loved since being a young boy.

What Do you Like? Dislike?

Josh: I like being active, being outside and spending time with family and friends. And Manchester City. I don’t like people who don’t put their weights away and people who moan about the weather! And Manchester United. And Liverpool.

Colton: I like being in the fitness environment, but I am also addicted to the Audible app on my phone! I dislike people who park in two spaces in supermarket carparks. I just don’t understand it!

Your Top Training Tip?

Josh: I have two! If it wasn’t hard, everyone would do it. Pick up something heavy, regularly!

Colton: Just do it! You can achieve great things by starting and being consistent.
