Our 6 Week Package not only includes bespoke training programmes, but will also give you nutritional and lifestyle support needed to achieve your results.

You can choose the best package to work for you. 45 minute sessions are perfect if you’re busy or want to fit a workout in on your lunch break. Got a bit more time on your hands, then opt for the 60 minute sessions!

You can choose from 1-2 x weekly Personal Training sessions:

1 x 45 minute PT session per week = £259.00
2 x 45 minute PT sessions per week = £499.00

1 x 60 minute PT session per week = £309.00
2 x 60 minute PT sessions per week = £599.00

When I first got in touch with motive8, the brief was ‘help me be Fit and Fifty, not Fat & Fifty!’.
