8 Week Summer Shape Up!

From 5th May to 30th June we will be running our  8 week Summer Shape Up, designed to get you in shape for the holiday season these exclusive group training sessions are designed to burn fat, strength and tone. For only £60 per person, you will have access to two exclusive ‘Summer Shape Up’ group training sessions, held on Mondays & Thursdays, 7pm-8pm. In addition to this will also have free access to the gym and our regular class timetable.


Fitness Classes At Marshall Court

We offer a wide range of outdoor fitness classes at motive8’s Marshall Court studio. If you want to burn fat, become leaner, fitter, stronger and simply feel amazing then come along and try a class with the motive8 team!

Our exercise classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Our team of personal trainers will work with you during your first class to ensure you are using the correct technique and working at the right intensity. Our fitness classes are fun and friendly with our fitness class timetable offering the perfect lunch time energiser or a post-work de-stress!

Wednesday 6:15pm-7:00pm Strength & Core with Emily

Thursday 12:15pm-12:45pm HIIT with Josh

Thursday 5:30pm-6:30pm Sculpt with Courtney

Friday 1:00pm-1:45pm Circuit Training with Kate

Block 5 Classes = £22.50

Block 10 Classes = £45.00

Unlimited monthly gym & class membership £40.00 (no joining fee or minimum contract)

I love the friendly atmosphere in the classes, that is what sets motive8 apart in my opinion. It makes me look forward to my Monday evening class even more, I know I’ll get a good workout with the added bonus of a good laugh with some great like minded people.
